A luxurious space where you can enjoy exquisite cuisine while gazing at a clear stream. The interior is adorned with national treasure-class furnishings, resembling an art museum. Simply walking through the corridors feels like a journey through history. Here, you can indulge in traditional mountain vegetable dishes and Gassan Wagyu beef. The charm of this place goes beyond just the food. Surrounded by stunning seasonal scenery and fresh air, we were treated to exceptional hospitality and meticulously prepared dishes. The variety of sansai (mountain vegetables) was astonishing! It was my first time experiencing such an extensive selection, each dish crafted with care and bursting with flavor. Of course, sashimi and Gassan Wagyu beef were also included, ensuring a satisfying meal. After the meal, we stepped out onto the terrace. Listening to the gentle sound of the stream while taking in the beautiful view was an incredibly soothing experience. Additionally, we were granted special permission to film a rare display of hina dolls. This unique cultural experience made our visit even more memorable.
